Foundation Staff
Houston Smelcer manages the Foundation’s staff and fundraising efforts from campaigns to events.
Howard Blum has been employed with the Foundation for 15 years and assists with the Knoxville Challenger.
Pamela oversees the Big BBQ Bash, Russell Biven Clayfest, Sunset Shenanigans and the Beth Haynes 12 Days of Christmas Online Auction.
Heather is the director of community relations for the McNabb Center and manages the Center’s media and marketing needs.
Amy oversees Dear Santa and Christmas in July and assists with each of the Foundation’s fundraising events.
Kerrie oversees the McNabb Center Golf Tournament and Scenic City Sporting Clays.
Kerrie also manages all fundraising and capital campaigns in Hamilton County.
Krista oversees the Spirit Award Dinner, Bob Kesling & Bert Bertelkamp Golf Tournament, Evening of Hope and the Knoxville Challenger.

Amanda assists with each of the Foundation’s fundraising events and manages marketing on behalf of the Foundation.
Missy is the executive assistant for the Foundation and can be contacted for any Foundation-related inquiry.
Abigail oversees media and marketing in Hamilton County and assists with each of the Foundation’s fundraising events.
Jessie manages volunteers at each of the Foundation’s fundraising events.
